Our Story

My name is Michaela, I am the owner of Wild & Sage. Where we believe it’s all about finding joy in the little things and cozy moments.

My candle journey started when I moved to Denmark to study. I wanted to experience the culture and lifestyle of where my mother's side of the family is from. Hygge (pronounced “hoo-gah) played a big part in that – it’s all about embracing the simple things in life and creating a space of coziness. It’s curling up with a good book, sharing laughter with loved ones, or lighting one of our candles to fill your space with warmth and comfort.

Our handcrafted candles are created to enhance these everyday joys, filling your space with soothing fragrances and creating a relaxing ambiance. Inspired by the peaceful charm of the countryside, each candle is made with the finest ingredients and specially selected fragrances to help you unwind and savour the little things.
